Need a classic rock band for Staten Island, Brooklyn ,NYC or the NYC metro area these guys are loads of fun. We saw them at a happy hour at the Dugout Pub on staten Island and we had a great time. The Acoustic guitar duo played classic rock and sing a long songs that kept the whole bar singing.

Brian Smith and Ed Healy band played at our cocktail hour. and it was the best band for a cocktail hour.. They played classic rock and had all of us joining in. If you need a band for your party or cocktail hour these guys are great

Great Classic Rock band in Staten Island. They played my party and did karaoke live it is the best.

The classic rock they play is right on the money. For a band for a wedding or a band for a party the are perfect.

5/13  The open Mic project is a group that can play classic rock, popular music, disco or any type of music you need. We are a live band and a DJ all in one. We get the party going. Whether it is a corporate event, wedding bar/bat mitzvah or 50 year birthday party. We have a unique style that gets the crowd going and keeps everyone dancing and singing.  How about grandma or the sisters singing Run Around Sue on stage with the band. We make it happen. 6/1 the open mic brooklyn at the Wicked monk was great. We got to sing with a live band. And so many talented people showed up. I recomend this.

6/3 You wont believe this is an open mic in Brooklyn  the band is great and there was such great talent you didnt want to leave for fear of missing something

 6/5  The open mic in brooklyn played a great Born to Run. What a great job. The whole room was rocking. These guys are so much fun.

7/26 This is NYC live karaoke at its best. We saw the in New York and they rocked the place. Get there early to get your name on the list.

 7/27 When it comes to LIVE ENTERTAINMENT in NYC there is nothing LIke the Open Mic Project. Live Karaoke request and a dj all in one.

7/28 You got to get to the Wicked Monk in Brooklyn. The Open mIc project plays there once a month and it is a great time. Its Live Karaoke within  live band. Great rock and roll in brooklyn.

7/28  WOW The dug out pub in Staten Island was singing along with the Live karaoke band. It is Karaoke in Staten Island at its best. In all NYC This is the best Live karaoke in NYC

7/29  Brian Smith and the Open Mic Project were great when we saw them. Its classic rock and roll with Live Karaoke in Staten Island Brooklyn NYC and New Jersey. What fun. The Live Karaoke is so much fun. There are also all the sing a long tunes that everyone loves. What a great classic rock and roll band.

7/30  Oh my god I couldnt leave. The Mighty guitar duo was at the Blue Moon Cafe In Woodcliff Lakes and no one wanted to leave. This is the best Live karaoke in New Jersey. Probably the Only Live Karaoke in NJ. What a great Time Brian Smith had the place going wild. You got to see this to beleive it. Great classic rock with Live karaoke in NJ 

7/30 These guys were the band 30 birthday party. We had a great time with the Live Karaoke. I had never saw Live Karaoke before and it was fun. We were the stars of the show. The live Karaoke is the best for a great party. We had the party on The beach in NJ. Live Karaoke on the beach in NJ It was unreal. The sand the surf and all my friends singing, Live Karaoke is the best. Check them out you willl not regret it.

8/1 Live Karaoke is the hot bar entertainment and these guys are the best. Live Karaoke is coming up and singing with the band. You are the lead singer or the back up. There are mics for all. Live Karaoke is so much fun. They have the words to almost 200 songs which the band can play. The do live Karaoke songs from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90, to current songs. You should check out live Karaoke its the next generation of bar bands.

8/1 we saw live karaoke in Brooklyn. The open mic project with Brian Smith were great. They had a large selection of karaoke songs to choose from. and the band knew how to play live karaoke.

8/2  Live Karaoke Band Rocks brooklyn  Brian Smith's Open Mic Project at the wicked Monk in Brooklyn is a great time. I love singing with a band. They make it easy and fun.

8/11 These guys played our beach party in LBI NJ. They did Live karaoke and played a great set . We all had a great time.

8/10 What is live Karaoke? These guys have come uyp with the greatest party idea. They get the whole place singing and dancing . You have to see it to beleive it. I never sang in public but by the end of the night You couldnt get me off the stage.

8/12  We need more entertainers like these guys. What  great music for a 40th birthday party. People were singing karaoke with the band. It was so much fun. I am having them at our sons conformation party. They do all types of music. Great classic rock band and new music. Someting for everybody. And when the played the were great. A rocking dance band

9/11  We had these guys at our Corporate party in NYC. It was great. Corporate parties are usually so boring Brian got the whole place singing and joining in. It was so much fun. We love the classic rock and Live Karaoke is the way to go.

9/13 Our 40th Birthday party was great because of the Open mic project. I want them to entertain at our christmas party. They get the party going with classic rock Motown punk oldies what ever it takes to make a party rock

10/5  We meet up with the Open Mic Project at the Dugout on Staten Island. Classic rock is alive on Staten Island. They also do live Karaoke which was great fun.

10/6 Live music in NYC has never been so alive. I caught the Open Mic project in Brooklyn NY. Great time. I felt like I was in my house and partying with my friends. What a great party band. The played Classic Rock new music country folf whatever the crowd wanted and the do this Live Karaoke which was a blast. Thanks for a great time.

10/7  We had the band do a 1st birthday party. What fun!! The kids had a great time with the Live Karaoke. Brian had all of them singing. The adults loved the classic rock and oldies. These guys are the Party band of NYC

10/15  We wanted live entertainment in NYC.We found the Mighty Guitar duo and they were great. We had them at our corporate function and it was a blast. They played great musib and did Live karaoke. I had never seen anything like it  The claasic rock was right on. The Motown and oldies had everyone singing.

10/17  We wanted someting different at our sons Bar Mitzvah. This was the best Bar Mitzvah band in NYC.  These guys were great. The had the whole place singing and dancing. Brian was a great MC They were a complete package, Live music, DJ and the Live karaoke wass the best. What a great party. Thanks you Open Mic Project.

11/2  We had our corporate kick off we had the live Karaoke band and it was great. The corporate funtion in NYC was for 200 people. It was the best party we ever had. I booked them for next year. The live Karaoke was so much fun. They also played great music for dancing. They are great I reccommend them. colleen

11/2 We needed live entertainment for our New York city party. We were recommended to the OMP The live Karaoke band. They turned the place into a great party. Rockin classic Rock, dance music and then the live karaoke and sing a long music. Brian Smith does a great job as an MC and also Dee Jayed songs we wanted to hear. They did it all. Live Music. 12/21 We wanted entertainment for our corporate party. The Opn Mic project was the best choice we ever made. These guys play great music then had us all singing along with songs like Sweet caroline. Then memebers of our party got up to sing with the band. It was so much fun. If you are looking for live entertainment in NYC for a corporate party These guys are great.

12/25  Our CORPORATE PARTY in NYC was greatbecause of the Open Mic Project. Brian Smith is a master at getting the crowd to sing Live Karaoke. The classic rock was fun and the sing a longs were great too.

Dec26        We had aprivat party with Brian Smith as the DJ and the band The open mic project. It was a gerat show Our 50th birthdat party in NYC was so much fun. We wanted a live band in NYC but also wanted a DJ to play all types of songs. The Open mic project did both and was greart. The music never stopped. Brian Smith was a great MC for the party.  Jan 5 When it comes to live entertainment in NYC The open mic project do it all. They are a hot band that rocks with classic rock Motown Beatles and many other bands from the 60's thrugh todays Music. Their sing a long sset is so much fun. The whole place was singing Proud Mary and Sweet Caoline. Our Party inManhatten Needed awide vaiety of music. Brian Smith was a great DJ and filled in all the blanks to keep everyone at the party happy.

I wanted something different for my wifes 30th surprise Birthday party. I didnt want the typical Staten Island DJ or typical Staten Island band. I was at a party and saw Brian Smith Live Karaoke and DJ experience and had to have them. They are no typical staten Island DJ. he is a DJ Band Karaoke all in one. He gets everyone into a party frame of mind and there is music and fun for all. The typical staten Island DJ plays the same types of song from behind his equipment. Brian is out with the crowd getting everone up for a great party. I reccomend these guys for your next party.

This is a great Staten Island DJ.

I needed a DJ for a staten Island Party. I looked for a Staten Island DJ. Brian Smith was the only one who was a DJ and a Band, I was concerned because my guests like a wide variety of music and a band couldnt handle that. I hired Brian and he was a super DJ. A great Staten Island DJ. He went over with me all the music I like and had it playing at the right times. Then the band kicked in and we had a rocking time. What a great experience. This Staten Island DJ can make your party special.

These guys did a great job at our street fair.

The Brian Smith Live Karaoke Band has gone to the next level. The Block Institute street fair was held today and these guys volunteered their time to make this a memorable day. There is no live karaoke band that gets the crowd going like Brian Live karaoke band. He got everyone singing , dancing in the street and not wanting to leave. I reccomend these guys for any party. This is the live Karaoke band.
